Advanced Installation is selected by clicking Advanced on the initial license screen.

In the next screen you can select the installation folder.

Then deselect the option “Configuration of Default Web Site”

The installer will not configure IIS. This will have to be done by the Configuration Utility or manually through the Control Panel.
