Search is based on SQL Select statements but uses Sage 300 CSQuery View to run the query. The benefit is that there are no direct connections to SQL Server, but at the same time full flexibility of SQL is available.

Search is customizable, but requires knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and SQL.

To minimize the risk of SQL injection hacking, search will disallow the use of the character semicolon (;).
