Overview

The Document Entry ADMIN Utilities are used to perform administrative functions in Document Entry.

Log in as ADMIN.

Run Document Entry.

Select Tools » ADMIN Utilities.

The ADMIN Utilities window will be displayed.

Note: If there is a sales tax increase for example, use Recalculate Document Totals to recalculate tax on all "open" documents. If no document is loaded in Document Entry, then all documents of the currently selected document type will be recalculated.
