The Default installation type is the quickest and is useable for demo or test installations.

It has the following limitation:

•It will install the files to the default folder

•It can only be installed to the Default Web Site in IIS

•It will create a virtual directory VMEP2 or VMEP3 depending on version selected

•When doing an upgrade to a later build the IIS settings will be removed and reinstalled. Meaning any manual IIS configuration will be lost and has to be redone.
