The last step of the Configuration Utility is to test the settings. This is helpful, but since the Employee Portal does not run under the currently logged on user, a positive result can be misleading.

It is important to also test in a web browser and login directly to Employee Portal before proceeding with optional configuration. Do NOT test via CRM.
