Generally troubleshooting can be very complex, but these three steps are important to do:

1.If the installation was working fine, what has changed recently to the environment, to Sage 300 or to Service Manager?

2.Step through the installation guide again and check that each item is still valid.

3.Check for some of the potential symptoms listed in this section. (We will try to update this list with common support issues)
