This user guide describes the features of Field Portal and explains how to use the product. Field Portal is an Application that is focused on delivering Time Entries and simple Document Entry features of Service Manager to a portable device. Field Portal is an offline alternative to the current Field Portal product which is accessed while online only through a web browser.
