To Enable the Web Server role use Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows Features on or off.

The basic required IIS features are:

•ASP.NET 4.0 or ASP.NET 4.7

•IIS Management Console

•IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility

•Default Document

•Static Content

Optionally, also enable Web Sockets and ASP.NET 4.7 if available as that may be a requirement in future updates.

If your system only shows ASP.NET or ASP.NET 3.5 as on a default Windows Server installation, you might have to download and install .net 4.0 or 4.7 from Microsoft.
