Field Portal has the following limitations and general requirements:

Limited feature set to that of the desktop Service Manager product as it is targeted towards field technicians/employees.

An activated Service Manager license with Field Portal (70) add-on included.

Users of the application must have an Active Service Manager Employee record. The employee code needs to match the Sage 300 login (if authentication is used) or User Name of users defined in the Configuration Utility.

Adequate number of Technisoft Field Portal user licenses for each Field Portal User defined in configuration utility or for each concurrent Sage 300 login used. The number of Field Portal User licenses must be equal to or less than the number of Active Service Manager Employee licenses.

Acceptable performance and stability is not guaranteed if installed on a high load system such as a mail server, domain server or terminal server.

Do not run the application in multiple tabs within the same browser window. As they share the same ASP.NET session which may cause issues.
