If you intend to use Service Manager sample data for demo or testing make sure the following steps are done:

•One or more Sage 300 users matching the existing Employees with position 'Technician' must exist

•Assign them to a security group having the right described earlier in this document

•Make sure the Employees have online access enabled.

•Log in for the week starting on 10/02/2020
