This installation guide supports Field Portal App 2017 through to 7.1

Due to the complexity of installing this application, this installation guide MUST be followed. It is also important to check the Release Document included with the installer for important additional information.

It is assumed that basic knowledge of IIS management exists when performing the installation. We request that the troubleshooting section of this guide is visited before support calls are logged.

Due to the offline nature of this product which involves syncing of data, successful implementation of Field Portal App requires more preparation and planning than a typical online solution. Understanding the overall work flow for the users and data syncing configurations is vital.

The product consists of a server component, that can be installed in parallel with an existing Field Portal online installation, and a device App installer for each supported platform.
