Field Portal App has the following limitations and general requirements:

Limited feature set to that of the desktop Service Manager product as it is targeted towards field technicians/employees. See the Field Portal App User Guide for a more detailed feature description.

Requires an activated Service Manager license with Field Portal (70) add-on included.

Requires the adequate number of Technisoft Field Portal user licenses for each Employee that has Field Portal access enabled.

Acceptable performance and stability is not guaranteed if installed on a high load system such as a mail server, domain server or terminal server.

Secure communications between App and Server requires proper installation of SSL certificate on the server. See Microsoft IIS documentation for instructions.

Security must be turned on for the Company database and all user passwords must be hardened.
