For Advanced Scheduling to be able to run successfully the following items must be installed and registered correctly within the Windows Registry:

Microsoft .NET Libraries 4.0 Extended

Sage Desktop

Sage 300 .NET Libraries *

Technisoft Service Manager *

Technisoft Advanced Scheduling *

If you can guarantee that the correct versions of all the above listed software have been correctly installed then run the regacc.exe program (found in the Sage 300 runtime folder).  Once this has completed try to run Advanced Scheduling again.  If Advanced Scheduling will still not run then the following steps are recommended:

1.Turn off User Account Control (if presently turned on)

2.Uninstall Advanced Scheduling

3.Uninstall the Sage 300 .NET Libraries

4.Reinstall the Sage 300 .NET Libraries *

5.Reinstall Technisoft Advanced Scheduling *

6.Run regacc.exe

7.Turn on User Account Control (if turned off at step 1)

A/S should now run correctly, if not then contact Technisoft for assistance as there may be other factors affecting your installation, such as issues arising from Data Execution Prevention (DEP).

* Verify that each of these are installed correctly using the correct version of the installer for the appropriate version of the Sage which has been installed.
