More detailed alerts can be built with the very powerful alerts engine.

Dispatch emails or send SMS notices when data changes in Service Manager.
 
For example if a job status is changed to Escalated, Alerts can dispatch an SMS and Email to the appropriate managers to warn them of the status change.
 
Similarly if the job priority is changed to priority 1 an SMS might be dispatched to a senior engineer.
 
If a job has exceeded budget an alert may be issued.

 
The alerts that can be configured are many and these can be saved and reused.
