This section explains how to use the Service Manager Service Center Add-On.

To use Service Center functionality, you must:
•Enable Service Center functionality in Company Options
•Set up the Service Centers - the number that you can set up will be determined by your Service Center licence
•Assign Employees to the Service Centers.

•Assign Subcontractors to the Service Centers
•Set up a default Service Center for a Site
•Track Financial Statistics for the Service Center.
