The service company must allocate the security level to the Customer when approving them for Customer Portal access.

Select the Customer Portal Option for the Customer (Site) contact as one of the following; Administrator, General User or Restricted User. The below table shows the availability of features to each user type.

Every Site which the Customer has access to in Customer Portal will inherit the most recent security level specified for the Customer.
