When Technisoft Cloud Portal is first launched some initial settings are required. Once Technisoft Cloud Portal is up and running then more advanced settings can be applied which are outlined in more details in this guide.

Use the default "Local Url" provided in the Config Tool to launch the Cloud Portal in the browser. Log in to the Cloud Portal using the System Admin User account with login admin and Password Admin123# |
Default password for admin is Admin123#. It is highly recommended to change this password on first use. Account settings are managed from the My Account link.. The System Admin account for the Cloud Portal is different to the admin account in Sage 300. |

In Admin>Companies set the Sage 300 User ID and password |
See the Sage 300 Connection Account section for details about Sage 300 security settings requirements if you want to use an account other than ADMIN |

Create SQL connection details to Sage 300 companies as required by selecting the company under Add Company>Select company drop down |
If the drop down is empty check your Sage user ID and password. If you later want to disable access to a company remove it from this list. |

When configuration is complete select Test Sage 300 connections |
