Set the Code for the bank that will receive the money from Stripe. Go to Sage 300 > Common Services > Bank Services > Banks to find the Bank Code. |
Payment Code |
Create a new Sage 300 A/R Payment Code dedicated for this Sage 300 A/R Setup. We suggest calling it STRIPE and setting payment type to Other. |
Edit Amount To Pay |
Turn this option on if you want your users to modify the amount they pay. If Pay Multiple Invoices option is on, this flag is disregarded. |
Post To AR |
Turn this option on to have the payment also registered in AR as a Receipt. Carefully consider the internal process of how the payments are applied in AR. If this option is enabled the A/R Receipt entry is created once V/M Day End Processing has been run. |
Pay Multiple Invoices |
Allows users to pay more than one invoice at the same time. |
Optionally use Currency Mapping |
If the internal currency code used in Sage 300 does not match the official 3 letter currency code you must fill in this field. E.g. for Sage 300 multi-currency sample data insert JPN:JPY |
Eligible Invoices will display in the Customer Portal once Service Manager Day End Processing has been run.
