If Technisoft Cloud Portal has been previously installed and you are upgrading to a later version then perform the following procedures.

Refer to Update Notice and Preparation Checklist for any additional changes to requirements

 

 

If upgrading from a previous version of Cloud Portal, stop the Technisoft Cloud Portal Application Pool

In IIS Manager right click on the Technisoft Cloud Portal Application Pool and select 'Stop'

 

Run the installer corresponding to the Sage 300 and Service Manager versions in use

Use default folder in most cases and do not install the files to sage 300 folders.

 

Start the Technisoft Cloud Portal Application Pool

In IIS Manager right click on the Technisoft Cloud Portal Application Pool and select 'Start'

 

Test the application by launching Cloud Portal in the browser and logging in
