Equipment related data, including historic costs and fault registrations, can be analyzed in the optional Analysis Tab, as well as exported to Excel where Excel Pivot tables can be used for advanced and flexible analytic reports.

 

It is recommended to follow these steps if exporting to Excel:

1.Select relevant columns in grid

i.(Select Save for later reports)

2.Apply relevant filtering in grid

3.Select Export to Excel

4.Enable Editing in Excel

5.Select Insert Pivot Table

i.Select New Worksheet

6.First drag Posted field to Columns

i.Will automatically group by year and quarters

7.Drag Equipment/Serial Number/Description to Rows

8.Drag Service Cost to Values
