Quotes are an optional feature of Technisoft Cloud Portal. The Quote screen shows a list of all Quotes that have been created by or are available to the Customer Web Portal for each Site to which the Administrator has been provided access.

Click on any link on the page to display detailed information about that entity. You can click on the following:

•Quote - the Quote details screen will be displayed

•Site - the Site details screen will be displayed

Quote Details Tab

The Quote Details tab shows general information about the Quote and the quote can be printed.

Optionally, Quote Approval can be performed which could also trigger a status change in the document if configured.

Equipment tab

The Equipment tab shows all Equipment on this Quote.

Tasks tab

The Tasks tab shows all Tasks associated with this Quote.

Click the Activities button to show Task Activities.
