Technisoft Advanced Scheduling Add-On will work with Service Manager versions 5.6A and upwards, and Sage 300 versions 5.6A and upwards. If you are having trouble logging in then check the file VM2305.exe.config (found in the Advanced Scheduling Add-On installation folder) and modify the Sage 300 Version section shown below as appropriate to your specific Sage 300 installation.

In later versions of Advanced Scheduling this setting will be found within the user.config within the VM2305.exe folder of the Roaming subfolder of your AppData folder, for example (for AS version 2.10.0.5):
