Custom Field's must be associated to a Record in Technisoft's Service Manager Program for the field values to be viewed and modified within Field Portal

Service Manager Custom fields can be of type Sage Optional field. This allows the user to reuse the definition of a Sage Optional field inside Service Manager Custom field.

The one of the supported Customer Fields in Field Portal, e.g. a site custom field and assign it to a site you see in Field Portal.

It is possible to view and edit Custom Fields in Field Portal for 3 areas:

Document

Site

Equipment

Custom Field Templates are created using Technisoft Service Manager's Custom Field's Program located under V/M Setup > V/M General. For more information on how to setup and use Custom Fields please refer to the Service Manager User Guide.
