The Job Details screen shows Faults in list format similar to the image below. It shows:

•The date, time and who inserted the Fault

•Symptom Code and Description

•Fault Code and Description

•Solution Code and Description

Clicking or tapping an existing Fault will open the Fault screen where Fault information can be added, viewed or edited.

Multiple faults can be added to an Equipment Record

To add a new Fault select the + Faults button within the Equipment record of the Job Details Screen.

Within the Faults screen the User can:

•Opt to Filter by Model/Fault

•Use the Finder to select a Symptom

•Use the Finder to select a Fault

•Use the Finder to select a Solution

•Record whether Fault is causing Failure

•Record whether to Associate Fault information

Selecting Save on the footer will Save the Fault and reload the Job Details screen.
