Enabling Signature from the Settings Tab turns on the Signature function in Field Portal.

Folder Path is the physical folder created on the server for storing the files. (E.g. c:\signatures)

Server Path can be entered to prefix the Folder Path when accessing from workstations (E.g. \\server\signatures)

Signature Height in pixels can be entered if default height is not adequate

Signature Width in pixels can be entered if default height is not adequate

Default Status Code ID can be entered

To enable Signatures a unique license file may have to be created for the particular URL used for accessing the web site if a license error message is received.

Signature Posting Default - Set the signature posting default value to Next Only, Always, or Never
