System sync includes downloading the following information:

•All Service codes

•All Sub Contractors

•All Status Codes relevant for Job (SWJOB=1)

•Relevant Class Types

•All Task, Activities and Task Skills

•All IC Price list codes

•Recorder Favorites

•All Faults, Symptoms and Solutions

•Custom Field Header and Detail

 

System sync is triggered when:

•Full Refresh is selected

•On login (if online) when it has not been done within the nominated System Sync timeout

 

System sync is not done when only Job Refresh is selected
