The Add Actual/Labour Action is only available when Field Portal is configured for Time Entry or Hybrid Billing Modes and when the Job has been accessed through the Day/Week Schedule.

This function will add the Actual directly to the Time Entry which can be retrieved to the Job at a later time.

Here the user can:

•Modify Start / Stop date and time. These fields are dependent on each other so if the duration is increased, the stop time will extend to match.

•Select the Actual Service Type

•Select the Actual Service Code

•Select the Service Code

•Modify the description

•Add Loading

•Switch on the Cost Only flag

•Select the Price List

•Enter a Timesheet reference

•Enter a reference for the Actual

•Set the Resolve flag
