Set Sage 300 Shared Data as UNC path and not mapped drive

Websites cannot access mapped drive Eg. M:\sage300data

 

Create a dedicated user account for the Technisoft Cloud Portal application

It is generally recommended that all servers are in same domain and this user account is a standard user in the domain with a fixed password

 

Make sure the user account has full access to the Sage 300 shared data share and files
