Notification emails sent to the Customer from Technisoft Cloud Portal are recorded in the Notification Log.
Each event is given a unique ID and details are recorded to show:
•Company ID
•Document ID
•Job Number
•Contact ID
•Contact Name
•Action which triggered the email notification
•Action ID
•Appointment ID
•More Information if necessary
•Time and date the notification was sent
•Email address of recipient
•Further Comments
Columns in the Notification Log can be hidden or shown as well as filtered to display relevant information.
