The Time Sheet Actuals page shows a list of the User's Time Actuals which have been added to Time Entries downloaded to the device during sync.

 

This page is only visible if the Billing Mode of Hybrid or Time Entry has been applied through the Configuration Utility.

Entries are sorted by time and date with the earliest at the top of the list.

The list is grouped by day and each day's header contains the day of the week, date and the total Actual duration for the day.

The fields displayed in the individual Actual records are:

•Start and Stop times

•Service Type and Code

•Job Number and Job Header description

•Site Code and Name

•Actual duration

 

Tapping on an individual Actual record will open the Edit Actual page where the Actual can be viewed or edited.

 

The Action Menu will open the Billing tab for the Job so navigation and editing of the Job details can be performed.
