The Status Bar is displayed on the bottom of the Advanced Scheduling Add-On window and contains icons and information to assist the user with understanding properties of the program.

From left to right, the icons and information included on the Status bar are:

Version - The build of Advanced Scheduling currently installed

Executing From - The Executing From icon will either display as a Sage 300 icon or a Windows symbol depending on whether the program was launched from within the Sage 300 desktop program or from the shortcut icon from the Windows desktop.

SQL Settings Active - If the program is running with SQL settings enabled the icon will display

Program Status - If the program is loading data then text describing the loading information will display along with the loading status bar. If there is no more data to load Ready will be shown.

The Loading Status Bar is only seen at start-up or if the program is loading Time Entries.  It is designed to indicate to the user the percentage of entries loaded in real time.  The Status Bar can be turned off by de-selecting the checkbox in the Options > General Tab

Progress Bars – AS will on occasion show two separate progress bars when starting up, loading and saving data.  The right-hand bar showing dark blue segments indicates the progress of the set of distinct major processes that have occurred.  The left-hand (green) bar shows the percentage of processing completed for the current major process underway.

Refresh Timer - The refresh timer is optionally displayed on the status bar and is a countdown to when an automatic refresh is scheduled.  The refresh timer can be turned on or off by selecting the checkbox in the Options > General Tab

Coloring Options - This is a shortcut to the Color By options as described in the Flyouts and Filters chapter on Appointment Coloring

Active Filters – Displays the word “Filters” along within icons representing which filters are active

Printer Destination - Displays the printer destination set from within Sage 300.

Auto-Retrieve Time Entries - Displays when the Company Option is set to Auto-Retrieve Time Entries is enabled.

Session Date - The date selected when logging into Sage 300 or Advanced Scheduling

Time - The current time

User ID - The user ID entered when logging into Sage 300 or Advanced Scheduling
