To provide Customer Portal Access to Customers a valid Service Manager Site Contact must be linked to the user. Please refer to the Customer Portal Access steps outlined in this section for more information.

Cloud Portal will suggest contacts if the email address used to register matches to a Site Contact's email address.

Select the View and Approve button to drill into the suggested Contacts Site's details to confirm the sites the user will access through Customer Portal, or select the Find and Approve Contact button to find the Contact to link the user to and then approve the Sites the user will access.

Once the connection between the Cloud Portal user and the Site Contact has been made then the User Details show under the Approved Access section of the Cloud Portal.
