Some fundamental elements must already exist and be setup within Service Manager for Advanced Scheduling Add-On to operate efficiently.  These elements are:

Security Settings

Job Related

Custom Field Related

Resource Related

If the optional Service Center Add-On module has been installed then Advanced Scheduling Add-On provides many additional features which can take advantage of this information including work hours and address details for routing purposes.

If the optional Field Portal module has been installed and Time Entry Dispatch Management options have been enabled in Service Manager's V/M Company Options then it is important to remember that only the statuses of Dispatched to Assignee or Assignee Acknowledged will allow Time Entries to show in Field Portal.
