Appointments can be viewed in Field Portal by using one of the Schedule buttons accessible from the Home Screen.  The Schedules show Appointments in a chronological view similar to the Calendar view in Outlook.

Daily Schedule - The Daily Schedule shows a count of the number of Appointments scheduled for the session date.  Clicking into the Daily Schedule lists the Appointments in time order.

Weekly Schedule - Clicking into the Weekly Schedule shows the days within the coming week if Appointments are scheduled and each of those day's appointments in time order.

Employee Schedule - Clicking into the Employee Schedule will list the employees with Appointments scheduled for the session date.  Clicking into one of the employees names will display the Daily Schedule for that employee
