The purpose of Technisoft’s Advanced Scheduling Add-On Program is to enable Service Management staff to plan, organize, schedule, forecast and monitor workloads for Employees, Equipment and Sub-contractor resources.
Advanced Scheduling is an integrated “Control Center” for businesses where users have the ability to:
•View Customer details.
•Check equipment details.
•Check Agreement status.
•Determine who is available at the requested time.
•Determine if the resource has the right skill set for the job and are in the area.
•Create an appointment for an existing job or create a new job on the fly.
•Reschedule appointments and instantly dispatch jobs to mobile devices by simply dragging and dropping entries.
•Monitor the progress of jobs in real time as engineers/technicians complete work, change the status of the job, book time to the job, write notes or complete tasks and activities as applicable.
There are two main “Pivot” Views called Calendar and Job List, within Advanced Scheduling Add-On to cater for all user's preferences.
There is also a Job Query view to perform detailed searches and a Routing Function using maps and directions.
